Prices: All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. All
sales will be invoiced in New Zealand dollars.
Exchange rates: Exchange rates can be found on the Oanda exchange
calculator at www.oanda.com. If
paying by credit card, the final amount billed is subject to currency
fluctuations, and will be based on the exchange rate at the time the transaction
is recorded against the credit card.

Postage and packaging: Postage and packaging is up to
$10 within New Zealand. For overseas orders, please contact us
first and we will happily quote for postage.
Delivery time: Orders will be despatched within 3 days of being received.
Any delays will be notified by email.
Guarantee: All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for
personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair,
replacement or refund of purchase price within 2 hours of delivery.
Order cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled up to 48 hours after
being sent by contacting us with details of your order.
Privacy: We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our visitors
and customers. Under no circumstances will our visitors or customers data
including email addresses etc be given or sold to any third parties.
